Vilarnau Brut Reserva is produced from organic grapes and is a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel.lo and aged for 15 months on lees. This cava is complex on the nose offering primary aromas of fresh bright fruit with some citrus notes and white flowers. On the palate fresh and dry with a nice velvety texture due to the time spent on lees. Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as salad and seafood, perfect with oysters. Serve well chilled.
